Notifications
Based on your companies individual needs the BeaconInsight system will automatically notify employees when documents are set to expire. Allowing the employee to upload documents they are required to carry with them. From Drivers License and Medical Cards to Training Certifications the employee simply clicks on a secure link send by BeaconInsight and takes a picture of the new corresponding document and it is automatically placed in the employees file ready for review.
