Your company scans and uploads the documents into the BeaconInsight platform and our trained staff verifies the document based on your set criteria. 

Your company can opt to scan the documents in house and leverage our document upload utility or have a BI auditor travel onsite to scan and upload. Once in the system, BI will name and date the documents and assign them to the correct placeholder. (Documents will not be quality controlled). 

We combine InsightVerify and Insight to provide the highest level of service. Documents will be migrated into the system via the document upload utility (by your company or BI), then documents will be verified by our trained staff based on your set criteria.
